Shanghai Jialeng Roll Forming Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly Shanghai jialeng Section Steel Co., Ltd.) is one of the earliest professional enterprises engaged in roll forming section steel and stainless steel processing and manufacturing in China. It is the vice president unit of China Roll Forming Section Steel Association and the first-class qualification unit of China steel structure manufacturing roll forming section steel production. And as a training base, it has good cooperation with many domestic colleges and universities, and its R & D ability is in a leading position in the domestic roll forming steel industry.
Since 2001, Shanghai Jialeng has won the title of famous brand product. Since 2004, our products have won the trust of overseas customers and have been sold to more than 40 countries and regions such as the United States, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Canada, France, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Ireland, Austrlia, New Zealand, South Africa, Hong Kong and Taiwan, etc. Since 2005, it has been rated as a famous trademark in Shanghai. In 2011, "Roll forming steel tube for main chord of tower crane structure" and other two upgraded products ranked the leading level in China, and some technical indexes reached the international advanced level. In recent years, in order to meet the diversified needs of the roll-forming section steel market, our company has continuously invested in new specialized open and close roll-forming production lines, and established a number of production bases with Shanghai Haoyilai Cold-Formed Steel Co., Ltd., Shanghai Haoshilai Cold-Formed Steel Technology Development Co., Ltd. as the backbone. The company has more than 15 roll forming production lines, 2 slitting lines, several sets of auxiliary equipment such as drawing machine, heat treatment line, press, etc., as well as international and domestic advanced testing equipment such as spectrometer, impact testing machine, image measuring instrument, etc., as well as on-line and off-line nondestructive testing equipment. The total assets of the company is 350 million yuan, and the annual production capacity can reach 500000 tons.
