1. Number, qualifications, and distribution of technical development personnel at the enterprise’s technology center:

Total number of science and technology personnel: 30 persons
Among them: 7 hold associate degrees; 15 hold bachelor’s degrees; 1 holds a master’s degree; and 2 hold doctoral degrees.
Among them: 4 hold senior professional titles; 8 hold intermediate professional titles; and 14 hold junior professional titles.

3. Product Development Capabilities:
(1) At present, our company offers over 3,500 product varieties and specifications, broadly meeting the diverse needs of our customers, with products sold domestically and in markets around the world.
(2) From 2000 to the present, both production and sales have grown annually at a rate exceeding 10%. The proportion of R&D investment allocated to new product development has also been steadily increasing.
(3) The total output of cold‑formed steel ranks among the highest in the industry, as recognized by the China Cold‑Formed Steel Association; the company has become an industry leader in terms of product variety and specifications, technological innovation, and new‑product development capabilities.

6. Technical requirements and standards for implementation
(1) Currently, the main standards applied by regular customers include: GB/T 6723, GB/T 6725, GB/T 6728, GB/T 26080, ASTM A500, EN 10219, EN 10210, EN 1317, JIS G 3466, EN 10162, and others.
(2) Deep processing can be performed according to the customer’s technical and application requirements, including operations such as punching, sawing, welding, bending, heat treatment, and necking.
