Shanghai Jialeng Cold‑Formed Steel Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly Shanghai Jialeng Structural Steel Co., Ltd.) and Shanghai Jiayi Cold‑Formed Steel Plant are among the earliest specialized enterprises in China engaged in the processing and manufacturing of cold‑formed steel sections. They serve as a vice‑chairman unit of the China Cold‑Formed Steel Association and hold first‑class production qualifications for cold‑formed steel used in steel structure fabrication. Moreover, as an industry‑university‑research training base, the company maintains strong collaborations with numerous domestic institutions and boasts leading R&D capabilities within the Chinese cold‑formed steel sector.

Since 2001, the company has continuously been awarded the Shanghai Famous Brand Product designation. Beginning in 2004, the company has engaged in self‑managed exports, earning the trust of overseas customers; its products are now sold in more than thirty countries and regions, including the United States, Japan, Singapore, Canada, France, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Ireland, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Since 2005, it has been consecutively recognized as a Shanghai Well‑Known Trademark. In 2011, two upgraded products—namely, cold‑formed steel tubes for tower crane structural main chords—reached a domestically leading level, with certain technical specifications attaining internationally advanced standards. Starting in 2015, the company was named among China’s Top 100 Light Industry Enterprises.

In recent years, to meet the diversified demands of the cold‑formed steel market, our company has continuously invested in new specialized production lines for both open‑ and closed‑section cold‑formed steel. We have established multiple production bases, with Shanghai Haoyilai Cold‑Formed Steel Co., Ltd., Shanghai Haoshilai Cold‑Formed Steel Technology Development Co., Ltd., and the newly built Jia Ding Xingshun Road plant serving as key pillars. The enterprise operates more than 20 cold‑forming production lines, three slitting lines, as well as a range of auxiliary equipment including wire‑drawing machines, heat‑treatment lines, and presses. It is equipped with state‑of‑the‑art domestic and international testing instruments, such as spectrometers, impact testers, and image measurement systems, along with both online and offline nondestructive testing devices. The company’s total assets amount to RMB 350 million, with an annual production capacity of up to 500,000 tons.
